Po trzech latach oczekiwania na reformy emigracyjne, obecna administracja prezydenta Obamy rusza do przodu z realizacją pierwszej części reformy „DREAM Act”. Cześć tej reformy ma pod specjalną uwaga młodzież w wieku 16-30 lat. Parę tygodni temu, w oficjalnej wypowiedzi z Białego Domu prezydent wstrzymał wszelka deportacje młodzieży.
